Mediation
Lucius has served as a mediator in over 600 cases.  His experience includes special education disputes, employment disputes, civil rights litigation, family law matters, and business litigation.  He is eligible for court appointments in all areas of mediation including family law and has served as a mediator in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  He was credentialed as "Distinguished" by the Texas Mediators Credentialing Association, and he is a member of the Attorney-Mediators Association.  Lucius travels throughout Texas to perform mediations and can do mediations in his office, too.

Because Lucius continues to serve under contract with the Texas Education Agency as a special education hearing officer and mediator, he is prohibited from representing public school students, parents, or school districts.  Lucius and Jack do provide representation for private schools and handle litigation for the University Interscholastic League.
