Full Day Mediation (eight hours):
For a mediation involving two parties, the fee for a full day's mediation is $1,800.00. Each party pays half of that amount. For a day's mediation involving more than two parties the fee is $1,000.00 per party.
Half-Day Mediation:
For a mediation involving two parties, the fee for a half-day's mediation is $1,000.00. Each party pays half of that amount. In disputes involving more than two parties, a half-day mediation is not recommended.
If a mediation is not completed within the time scheduled, the fee to continue the mediation is $300.00 per hour - split between the parties.
Lucius conducts mediations throughout the Austin area and in his own office in downtown Austin. If travel is required, our office can discuss with you the costs of the travel.
